General Admission
You can find a seat in the general admission section, which features concert-style rows available on a first-come, first-served basis. The concert seating takes place outdoors on the Patio, and it’s advisable to start lining up one to two hours before the show begins to ensure you secure your spot. Gates open at 6:00 p.m., so plan to arrive on time for the best seating options. Please remember that outside food and drinks are not allowed in the venue.

Gourmet Supper Packages are an excellent way to enhance your concert experience through a special meal prepared by the Executive Chef. These packages provide a seamless and enjoyable dining experience with table service.
Important Seating Information
Concert Seating: All concert seating begins approximately 45 minutes before the scheduled showtime.
Location: Enjoy your meal on our shaded patio, located behind general admission, where all tables for the Gourmet Supper Package are set up.
Dedicated Service: A dedicated server will be assigned to each table from the moment the gates open until the performance concludes, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
Seating Arrangements
Please note that all seating for the Gourmet Supper Packages are predetermined, assigned, and reserved. If you are a party of two, you will be seated with another couple to fill a table of four.
If you wish to sit with a specific couple and have purchased your tickets separately, please contact the box office to confirm both names of your party.

E-Tickets will be emailed to you three days prior to the event, allowing you to download, print, or display them on your mobile device. Ensure that QR codes print correctly. If you do not receive your confirmation email, check your Junk/Spam folders. A photo ID is required for Will Call pickup.

Gourmet Supper Packages are specially prepared meals by our Executive Chef available for purchase during performances. Seating for these packages begins approximately 45 minutes before the show starts, located on our shaded patio behind the general admission area. Each table will have a dedicated server from gate opening until the performance ends. Important: Seating is predetermined and assigned; parties of two will be seated with another couple unless otherwise arranged through the box office.

Season tickets offer assigned premium seating in the first few rows for every show in the concert series, ensuring an optimal view of performances. For inquiries or assistance, please contact our box office staff.

Tickets are available online on our website. The Champagne Jazz Concert Series Box Office is only open on the day of the show, 2 hours before doors. Our Box Office is located near the front east entrance to the venue. For Will Call, please remember to bring a proper photo ID.

Tickets purchased through TIX.com are subject to additional service and convenience fees that can be seen before purchasing online. If the concert needs to be postponed or canceled, we will refund your ticket purchase less any service charges.

Children must sit within the same section as their accompanying adult. There is no price difference for children’s tickets, and no exceptions will be made regarding this policy.
