Thornton Winery’s Non-Vintage Blanc De Noir is a rich, complex sparkler made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes. With a hint of color from minimal skin contact, it has a hint of strawberry and toasty yeast, with citrus and apple flavors. All of this, framed with firm and balanced acidity and ending with a lingering finish, make our Blanc de Noir enjoyable for any occasion.
